New Update: Performance Max Search Terms Now in Standard Search Report

Google now includes search terms from Performance Max (PMax) campaigns in the standard Search Terms report—a major win for advertisers looking for more transparency.

This update gives you a clearer insight into what users are searching for when your PMax ads are triggered, helping you make smarter decisions and refine your targeting.

Even better, Google’s recent change allowing negative keywords in PMax is now reflected in this report. You can now add negative keywords directly from the Search Terms report, just like you would in standard Search campaigns.

This improvement was first spotted by Hana Kobzová, but note that it’s not yet live in all accounts. If you don’t see it yet, it may be coming soon.
