Google is currently testing a new feature for Local Service Ads that allows users to “message multiple businesses” simultaneously, rather than contacting one business at a time. This feature was spotted by Matt Casady, who shared screenshots on X, highlighting the new button located at the bottom of the Local Service Ads listings.
When users click on this button, they can select multiple advertisers to send a bulk message to, streamlining the process of reaching out to several businesses at once.
For further discussion and updates on this feature, join the conversation on X.
