Google is updating its Abusing the Ad Network Policy in December 2024 to address violations related to its Search Spam Policies. Here’s a quick summary:
Ads that link to sites removed from Google Search due to manual actions will be disapproved. These manual actions are flagged in Google Search Console, so it’s essential to monitor your site regularly to ensure compliance.
Importantly, violations won’t result in immediate account suspension. Google will issue a warning at least 7 days in advance if suspension is necessary, giving advertisers a chance to address issues.
To avoid disruptions, ensure your ads and linked sites follow Google’s Spam Policies.
Here is Google’s Official announcement.
