Google Ads has added an extra layer of assurance for advertisers filing appeals. Before submitting, advertisers must now confirm two key points:
- They’ve reviewed and resolved the issues that were flagged.
- The information in the appeal is accurate.
This step helps maintain compliance and reduces the back-and-forth often caused by incomplete or inaccurate appeals.
How to check and appeal disapproved ads quickly
If one of your ads is disapproved, here’s a straightforward guide to resolve the issue and submit an appeal:
1. Go to the Policy Manager in your Google Ads.
2. Hover over the ad Status column to view details.
3. Click Read the Policy to understand the issue.
4. Address and resolve the issue.
5. Click Appeal to start.
6. Complete the appeal form.
7. Tick the checkbox to confirm compliance.
8. Click Submit to finalize the appeal.
Once submitted, appeals are reviewed by Google, and you’ll be notified of the outcome.
