New Google Ads Feature: Create GA4 Events Directly Within the Platform

Google has introduced a new feature in Google Ads, allowing users to create GA4 events directly within the platform. Previously, we were accustomed to creating conversions in Google Analytics and then importing them into Google Ads. Now, the process is more efficient with this new capability.

With this update, conversions created in Google Ads will instantly appear in Google Analytics, ensuring faster and more efficient data synchronization. This means no more waiting for data to sync between the two platforms, allowing for real-time analysis and decision-making.

A notable addition is the new field within the conversion details, where users can specify the event name for GA4. This feature offers greater flexibility and customization in event tracking.

For those who prefer not to auto-create events in Analytics, there is an option to deactivate this feature, providing users with full control over their data management.

This improvement was first noticed by Matias Axel Ramayo.
